Pizza Hut

This particular store is always out of something or several. Somethings. Most recently green peppers, onions, stuff that they could pick up next-door at harps or Dollar General. Terrible customer service not a very good partner within the community.

3rd time out of all pizzas in a month.....when i order a pizza i dont want to hear we are over 34 pizzas for our par for tge day. I dont care thats your problem

They get my order wrong every single time lately, then act mad at me for saying something. I say "they" but it's really just the one "manager" at the front with her name tag flipped backward that always has an attitude, the man with darker hair is actually really nice. The girl in the back with the sunglasses yelled at my daughter and frightened her from the back of the kitchen when she asked for marinara, bc they've tried to refuse me marinara sauce for my breadsticks repeatedly, claiming that my sticks don't come with sauce bc I bought them in a combo (which I actually didnt, I got them with rewards, they gave me the sauce after reviewing my order). I seriously dislike the fact that I can't go to sonic or pizza hut now without someone being rude to me just for being there or telling them my order is wrong. They messed up my pasta, (gave me a meat one instead of vegetarian) and made me wait almost 20 mins to replace it. That's longer than my entire order took, and I was on a tight schedule to get kids from school, order already paid. Not happy at all. There was a woman, Angie, that worked here a few months back, she was AWESOME. Bring her back! She cared about the customers. Also, the manager bluntly told a very elderly war veteran that she couldn't do any discounts for him after another employee said yes. I know that's not her choice, but the delivery was really rude. She said "We don't do veterans, military, students, none of that." Then there was an awkward silence. If I had brought more money I would have paid for his food. Sad.

Food was ready when I got there. Staff were professional and polite. Food was good. Store looked clean. I think they are doing a great job.

Everything is always good here. On time and everyone is very friendly
